TRAINING ISLAND PASTORS TO LEAD BELIEVERS TO MATURITY IN CHRIST

Beyond the Reef is a Pacific Rim ministry which exists for the sole purpose of training Micronesian and isolated South Pacific island pastors in the knowledge of the Word of God.

Beyond the Reef Theological Center is a Christian, non-denominational, non-profit ministry that exists for the sole purpose of providing FREE Bible training opportunities for island pastors who do not have the means or the opportunity to attend formal bible training institutions. Our goal is to visit Micronesian communities and isolated islands, when invited, in order to train pastors, ministers, elders, deacons, and women leaders to know the Scriptures and correctly handle the Scriptures (2 Timothy 2:15) for Christlike growth in their churches and community.

Our goal is to provide bible training opportunities through both annual and monthly training events and distribute Bibles and Bible study material.

Our training events are taught by volunteer adjunct trained professors and Bible teachers to teach the books of the Bible and Biblical leadership principles. These events take place both in Oahu at our Ministry House and in the Northwest.

Annual Island Pastors conferences

We host an annual conference in Oahu, Hawaii for Island pastors to receive in-depth Biblical training and spiritual refreshment.

Ministry Teaching Teams

We send invited Ministerial Training Teams to strategic regions throughout the Pacific Rim to assist Island Pastors in becoming well-prepared Christian shepherds to their people.
